This had to be the rudest most unprofessional collection agency out there. The phone rep was rude and useless as far as being able to provide back-up on the "claimed" amount do. When they requested I send a check copy to prove payment (almost 4 months ago now) I asked who was going to pay for the check copy since my bank does not send back checks to me - and I am certainly not sharing a copy of my bank statement with this company. Their response, "we're not paying for. It's your problem". They were non committal on providing a copy of the invoice stating that their statement reflects the amount due. For what? I want to know what I am paying for. The audacity of this company is unreal as is the fact that they hold no business license (as per So Fl BBB). I think this company is a scam that should be put out of business. My action items: complain to the FL Attorney General and the Palm Beach Consumer Protection agency. No wonder they are BBB rated F.
