I sent my battery to this company in January 2009 and after over 3 months I got it back. Unfortunately, the work done on my battery was shoddy and defective. The battery will not charge at all. I called their number twice on two different days to contact an agent to get an RMA number and always get a recording that says all agents are busy and leave a message. They have a website to contact to get an RMA number, and I used it and got a callback to my home phone the next day, but I was not home. The company makes it exceedingly difficult to contact their agents for an RMA number. After a week I am still trying to get the RMA number. My advice to anyone about this company is don't do business with them. Just buy a new battery or refill it yourself if you are handy with electronics. If I could give them zero stars I would.
