I completly unsatisfied with World Moving Services. I had a move about a months ago from west coast to the east coast.
The representative called me about my quote. I was interested in moving my household of 1-br appartment and a car. I discussed with him the conditions and of moving and all the fees. We talked about how much of my belongings I would like to move and all the conditions about the car move. He told me that it's going to be 2 tracks: one - for the household, and another- for the car. He also provide me with information about car insurance while it's moving and insurance for my belongings. His price was $300 higher then others but he was very reasonable and at that time I trusted him. That was my mistake.....
Two days before my pick up I found out that he only place the order for the household, and completely forgot about the car. And all my attempts to prove that we discussed household and a car move failed. He told me that he doesnt remember anything about the car move from our conversation. And the price he gave me is only includes household. So his price was not only $300 higher than other companies qutes, it was only included the household. So because of this person, I ended up paying twice more than the actual quote was. So if you have any other options about moing, pick another company and never deal with WORLD MOVING SERVICES, INC.

We are deeply apologetic to hear that someone is less than satisfied with our services. However, we are unable to locate a move assocaited with this customer and have attempted to reach him via the messaging system to be able to assist or resolve any concern that he has with his move.
We would like to encourage him to contact our office to allow us the opportunity to resolve his concerns.
