Avoid this Company!!!

I was in a pinch needing repairs on my home so took out a loan with this company using my car as collateral. What a nightmare! First off the interest rate was massively high at 96% and they would always call and harass me in the late morning if I didn't
make a payment at 8am on the payment due date. Even though I was never late once on my payments. I eventually traded the car off just to get away from these people and they played the shell game with me and the dealership over the car title. They gave UPS
and the dealership bogus addresses 4 times, sometimes with just wrong zip codes, on where to send the payoff check. It was only after the fourth attempt delivering the check and many phone calls did they finally give the correct address, they then claimed
they didnt receive the payoff check and we had to show them proof with UPS signature confirmation, then they turned around and tried to get more money saying it was our fault they didnt get the check on time and we still owed interest and penalties on the
loan. We are still waiting on the car title a month after the check was overnighted to their office. These people are shysters, avoid at all cost, unless you want to run a very high risk of being scammed and losing your car.
