I am the parent of Terry Godwin ll my name is Olivia Godwin I have contacted Dorie Nickelsberg on several attempts and no response. Very upset with how the company is handling this situation. No ONE! And I mean no one… has even given these college student another alternative at taking another trip or even refunding their money. I feel these college students was taking advantage of and I be reporting this to BBB as well as others higher up with Royal Cruise, icruise.com and WMPH vacations.
