Terrible!

Same experience as the rest of the reviews on this page - I have called and emailed a total of 37 times over the last two weeks - and my order has not yet been processed! I get put on hold for 10-15 minutes, hung up on, can never talk to the account manager, Andrew and when the girls try to help (Sarah and Laura) it ends up in "tomorrow for sure", "In 45 minutes" or "I talked to him and the order will be ready today". So far no order. My customer is IRATE - and I am not far behind. We will be canceling our account with VIG and advise everyone else to do the same. From the other reviews I have read - maybe it is better this way. At least I didn't pay for something that never arrived or was damaged. Worst, and most frustrating, Customer Service ever!
