Slow Claims service took 2 weeks to get paid!

I had my car stolen outside my house 2 months ago the car was found totaled 3 days later the insurance company access general the company the upgrade set me up with never called me until 2 weeks later to tell me that they decided to pay me?? What do you mean pay me? They acted like they did me a favor very poor service as soon as my policy end I will change them.
