Terrible customer service. They misrepresent themselves as a law firm that only do business though non lawyer employees. Who should not be giving legal advise but do. Was never allowed contact with an actual attorney and the last person I spoke with admitted to only being an assistant to a paralegal. When confronted and asked to provide proof of services rendered they relented. Matter of fact they just stopped speaking to me period. It has been 3 months since I asked a person from United law group to present me with documentation in regards to my case and I am still waiting. They can't provide any proof they did anything to earn the money I paid them. Or just do not care to. My lender has no record of being contacted by United law group. So I can only assume that I was swindled at a time when my family and I were vulnerable and were in desperate need of assistance.
