Hello,
My 2nd mortgage was killing me at 12%. They dropped my 2nd to 2% for the lifetime of the loan. Then kept my 1st mortgage from adjusting. They gave me a 30 yr fixed at 5%. My bank wouldn't even take my calls before. Penny was great to work with and everyone on the staff was very knowledgeably. I was very please with the professionalism of this company. THANKS AGAIN!!!
