I purchased a go kart from this manufacturer a couple of years ago. The product is very poor, however being a mechanic, I have been able to make almost all necessary repairs. However the company offers a part ordering system by which you email them, ask for the part, they will create a eBay listing, and you purchase it thru them. When contacting them for this service, I was told they do not carry this product anymore and they will not help me. However, even today, the product is up, on line, ready to take orders.
I feel it unfortunate that a company can not live up to their selling points, regardless of a poor product or not. They are very rude, and when told I was going to file this complaint, they said they already had an "F", so what did it matter.
well, I hope it matters, if you are in the market for similar products, take it from me, do your research and find sites that discuss the product. There are many different Chinese manufacturers that have great products and business practices. Unfortunately T-Motorsports is not one of them. They are the cheapest around for a reason. I hope this helps another father avoid the issues I have gone thru. There is nothing worse than your kid not being able to use their vehicle, because it breaks every time they use it. Richard
