Exactly as the previous complaint suggests, this company gathers company information, contact person, and printer model #'s so as to know exactly what toner is needed.
We received a call from this company, claiming they were our usual printer supplier and were offering gift cards to their usual clients for "being long standing customers." They already had all of our information, and simply wanted to know who to address the gift cards to.
Several days later, large boxes of toner arrived... Toner that had been ordered through our printer supplier, had nothing to do with the gift cards and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. However, weeks later, an enormous invoice ($1255.90 - the exact amount that many other complaints have stated) shows up from THIS company, claiming charges that were not only for the toner, but also for an OVERNIGHT delivery from California to New York.
As clearly stated in other complaints, these guys are after money and money alone, by claiming whichever printer supplier you have so as to swindle you in to their con. How they get customer's information, is an entirely different story.
If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. This company make's it's money by stealing information and using false pretenses. The lowest of the low. They should be shut down, and should have been shut down years ago. If you hear from this company, save yourself the trouble and hang up.
