Over the past 5 weeks we have worked with SMS both onsite and remote to help us roll out a new marketing and strategy initiative. We spent the last five years opening up new offices and we lost focus on our marketing efforts. This has led to a drop in our same sales numbers for our existing locations. With our main focus on overall revenue growth we lost sight of the bigger picture which was profitability. Jackie helped us rectify that situation and I am more confident and optimistic about the future.
