Dear David and Jennine,
Sometimes you don't know what you've got until it's gone. If you recall, Secure One managed my townhouse in Newbury Park for 2 years, and after that represented me in the successful sale of the home in 2006. Since then, my wife and I have relocated to Chicago. We have found ourselves in the position of having to move back to California and need to lease out the home that we purchased in 2007. I have interviewed two of the better known property management company representatives in the area, and am very disappointed. Their level of knowledge and professionalism does not come close to what I experienced with Secure One. Your expertise in property management, made our experience a positive one, as oppose to a stressful one. The sale of the home turned out to be relatively stress free, as well. We appreciate what you did for us and have no reservations about referring people to Secure One.
