I have been functioning as a board member for over 9 years since moving into our complex. During that period I have had the pleasure, misfortune of inter acting with a number of management companies and their representatives. Working with our current company, Seabreeze Management and their representatives has been a true pleasure. Responsive, concerned, dedicated and determined are the words that best fit my understanding of their actions. Extremely happy with them.
