That was my 1st, but surely not the last experience with Sarraf Inc.
They are doing a superb fob in the jewelery business. I Ordered a chain that they have to hand make in their shop, and when I got it, it was awesome. When they say in their web site that these are made with a great craftsmanship, that is 100 % TRUE STATEMENT. Also when they say that they have the lowest price guaranteed.
When I called to verify the weight of the chain, one of the owners told me that because it is a hand made item, the weight is estimated, but if the chain came out less than the estimated posted weight in the web, they'll refund me the difference.
When I got the chain 10 days later, it was heavier by 2 grams than the web posted weight.
They have made me their customer for life.
