This company promises the world, states they are able to help you and even go through the charade of pre-qualifying you. After getting your money, getting in contact with them is a laughing matter. They do not return phone calls, provide updates, or provide
the services they promise. Since they don't want to return phone calls or even contact their clientele they leave the impression of running a scam. I read the reviews of those that were happy with the service and can only ask myself what has happened. I have
left messages with Israel and Lupita repeatedly. To no avail. It looks like we are on our own again in attempting to solve our mortgage issues. Avoid them at all costs unless you have money to throw away.
