Overall the experience was very positive and with no hiccups. Alex Z. was the person that helped us with the process. He was a pleasure to work with. He was always responsive to our questions and never tried to bs us. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable, motivated and personable. This was our 4th VA Refi in the last 5-6 years and was easily the most pleasurable with minimal documents required as advertised.
