The product this company sells is really a waste of money. You get the same results from eating properly.
The company's billing practices are atrocious and "customer service" is a joke. Their customer service department is a clearinghouse for "many different companies" and, apparently, they do not have supervisors. I requested to speak to a supervisor 4 different times and was told that the supervisor was unavailable. When I asked for the supervisor's name, I was told they are not allowed to give out that information. I told the young lady I was speaking with that I would hold until a supervisor was available. She told me that they could not do that, but I was welcome to call back another time.
This fiasco has cost me over $100.00...so far. I am also having to cancel my debit card and have the expense and inconvenience of this to deal with. This is the only way I can get these charges stopped.
FYI: If you do further research, this company is actually based in Nicosia, Cypress. If your bank is like mine, you will also begin seeing International Transfer Fees due to the actual location of the company.
