I am so disgusted with this company. They called me up a year ago about their services. I started receiving their magazines months after they started collecting their money from my account. Eventually I called and canceled my services with them. I thought that was the end of my relationship with them. Unbenouced to me they call me this March and make another offer, I told the customer service person "NO" several times but somehow he convinced me it was a deal. In the back of my mind, I am thinking my ability to cancel was always possible, WRONG. I am sitting on my couch watching TV when they call again and to check on the services, I thought good I can cancel now because I am not reading to magazines anyway. Well I was told by their Supervisor that I cannot cancel until I fulfill my contract and if I stop paying they will follow collections proceedings. I am not sure what my next steps are going to be but I know that I am truly disgusted with this company and their policy. They are organized robbers. They are thieves. DO NOT ENTER INTO ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
