Bait and Switch Policy is Unacceptable

I ordered a small keyed accordion for my grandson at a cost of $50. Once the accordion arrived it was a button accordion selling for $29 yet my charge card did not reflect the change in price. It was necessary for me to gain "permission" to return the incorrect product mailed to me. Though free return shipping was promised, I never received a label to return this product and was forced to return an accordion I had not ordered at my own expense. I will never order from this company again, nor would I ever order from New Egg the company that supports such dire misrepresentation. This site does not allow me to remove the last star displayed below but I would not recommend this company to anyone who is interested in quality performance and customer service.
