I was DEMANDED by this company to reflect the truth. Well, here ya go. You sent me an e-mail claiming you called me on the day of purchase, you did not. I made the purchase on the 9th, you called me on the 11th. You claim items are shipped within 48 hours. It has not, I understand the shipping mix up, but could have easily been corrected with an e-mail on the day of purchase. You did offer express shipping on this item at checkout, eventhough it can only be shipped in 7 days. Maybe you should correct that. I wanted the item asap, and if express shipping was not allowed it should not have been an option. I did pay for it, and I await to see if the extra charge is corrected. I did speak with a cordial young man via phone and he said everything will now be corrected, the order is processed, and the item will be shipped. I will update my review accordingly if the payment is corrected and my item actually arrives within a reasonable time and undamaged. In the end, I just want what I paid for and for this to be done with. That is all. Update (1/13), after all the back and forth, and the seeming correction of my order, they didn't have the item I ordered at all. Now I have to wait for a refund. This pass 4 or 5 days of headaches could have been avoided with an inventory check, updated website and better communication. They may have worked for others but not for me. All I can suggest is that if you order from them, confirm up front that your item is available. Good Luck.
