This company is a fraud! They charged me at front $1,500.00 for a loan modification. They promised to work with my lender and that I would have a reduced loan with a lower interest. This never happened! I started working with them since January of 2009 and nothing ever happened! Now, I still have my loan in default. They now have moved somewhere else and are requesting an additional $500.00 for their services. Do not trust their program specialist "Dean Dauley" or his secretary "Naidine" They are a fraud and just want your money.
