I wish some of these posts had appeared before I got involved with B Diego Hellewell! I faxed them my paperwork that included a check, and without ever stating so they cashed my check! They did very little and now almost two years later I am facing foreclosure. I was successful in getting one of my property's mortgages modified by dealing with the lender directly; I have repeatedly tried to get the other mortgage modified but it seems that when requesting a modification if the government program (Home Affordable Program?)applies that the requirements and restrictions are so vast that one is not likely to be approved. Note that if not approved for the government program the lender may voluntarily modify your loan rather than pursue foreclosure.
When I first decided that B Diego Hellewell was a scam no one else had posted any complaints - I will now join in with reporting them to the Attorney General.
