Extremely rude DR Elkins & Billing DEPT confrontation
I cannot recommend Brad Elkins to anyone based on level services he had provided for me. I had to file compliant with Board of Optometry and consumer affair with fraudulent insurance charges and unethical behavior of OAV and DR Elkins. DR Elkins care more about getting paid than proper service. Constantly bill me for exam i did not ask for or i did.
eventually OAV reverse VSP charges after several complaints
He is not very good listener and Somewhat arrogant rude. I suppose to have comprehensive exam and all he did was a slit-lamp exam and pressure test. His technician performed refraction. Did not diagnose a number of my issues: blepharitis, dry eye, rosacea, and the need for a prism. After 3 months, things were terrible - terrific pain and horrible visual distortion. He assured me that things would be better by 6 months, then after 8 months, then a year, and then two years. Now, my vision is worse than ever and the pain is unbearable
Fraudulent insurance charge with VSP and UHC, file claim on vsp without my knowledge, billing mistake, billing dept was confrontation and rude. Constantly bill me for exam i did not ask or did
