I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Medelez. He provided amazing customer service to me, he went above & beyond in every way he could. He answered all calls & messages including emails. He returned calls in a timely matter and was always very professional. He was very understanding & helpful when it came to difficult situations for us to overcome throughout the process. I had an amazing experience with not only this company but specifically Patrick. 10/10 would recommend to others.
