Mrs. Yvonne was never instructed not to pay her mortgage by one of our consultants. Mrs. Yvonne's case was diligently worked on and the file was pending review for approval. We strive to work with every lender and we were very upfront with the expectations of her case. Many attempts were made to contact Mrs. Yvonne to notify her of the telephone malfunction and availability. We strive to provide great service to all our clients.
