Worst Property Management EVER!

NMS is awful. Absolutely AWFUL to deal with. I've made numerous complaints regarding amenities, unexpected rent charges, and problem tenants. They advertise as a 'Luxury' rental company. NMS is a far cry from Luxury.
Examples:
Utilities are included in rent -> come to find out they tack on an extra 'Utilities Management Fee' on top of your rent hoping you never notice it. I threatened to sue and it magically disappeared.
Laundry facilities -> there is 1 laundry room for over 100 units. You literally can't do laundry because there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for way too many residents
Tenants Smoking -> Management has repeatedly told me that smoking is ALLOWED inside the tenant's unit because she signed a lease before CA health codes were in place for this type of situation. AND they indicate she is allowed to smoke directly underneath my window. I also have asthma, but the management office felt I was making that up when i mentioned it.
