THEY SUCK! I was told they would show up with a TRUCK, they rented a Ryder. ... Showed up 2 days LATE! And it took them 18 days (I was told it would only take 4-10) to go from MO to OR! The person talking to me on the phone didn't speak english well. I kept asking where my stuff was, and all they said is we're waiting on more families moving west. -- OH and I told them I wasn't going to pay for some RENTAL truck NOT used or needed... so they said fine. BUT when the driver said he would be in on a Sunday and I owe X amount, told him NOPE NOT PAYING THAT! Needed to knock off 200... he then said he wouldn't be in until MONDAY. WTH! Because his employers don't do weekends!---- So anyway, I was thrilled to have my things arrive... BUT I didn't get ONE vacuum. I called once noticed not there, they told me because I signed the contract to bad so sad! And that was supposedly a supervisor telling me this. NO MATTER except it was a breast cancer vacuum. So I am sure that the driver is enjoying THAT! -- OH and when I asked for a weigh in slip, it took them 4-5 days to give it to me. WTH... And said that MY THINGS (NO FURNITURE) weighed over 3000 pounds... who the hell are they BS'n?!! I could have moved this stuff myself and not had to pay 2100 bucks for it! DON'T USE THEM... NOPE DON'T DO IT! OH and was told by the BROKER that our things would be separated into compartments, with boards... NOPE they separate with straps holding/hoping our things (won't) mix!
