Bought a couch from them in June, the couch showed up as scheduled and it was the wrong color with missing parts. Shocked look by delivery man (who is also the manufacturer)....he told me I was wrong! I told him I wasn't color blind and that is not what I ordered. I asked him to take the couch back, I was refusing delivery and requesting a refund. He told me that they would make it right, so I accepted delivery and that's where my problems REALLY started. Dealing with Ann is like a pathological liar that is also a crack addict. Lying to get your money, but never, ever a bit of follow up to make things right. Then more lies, more requests for money, more non-follow-up. 4 cycles of this trying to get my couch reupholstered and she never once sent me a sample or made any arrangements to fix the problem, Just kept asking for her $$ and making promises. I got a free couch out of it - ~$3,500 value retail, but I need to get the couch fixed and replace the missing pillow-back pillows which is costing me an unbelievable amount of time and will set me back about $1-2,000 - so I got roughly 33% off the store price. For all of this trouble? Not worth it. Plus Ann lies like a crack addict trying to work you over...she's basically a street hustler/com-woman disguised as a furniture sales person. And I never thought she was any good at sales or particularly nice, I just liked the couch. Don't get drawn in. Zero stars, they should not be in business.
