Complete lack of Customer Service, response to emails, phone calls and excuses

This firm was involved in litigation against the builder in our 545 home community. They solicited everyone in the Community to line their pockets. In January 2012, I had to pursue their organization to seek the status of the case, not only for my family, but for the remaining families in the community. I received no response, no returned phone calls and ONLY after I included a senior partner in the email chain did I get a response. This is June 14th, 2012 and after an ADDITIONAL 3 months of "promises to get it sent out", the monies that this firm has received as a result of the award STILL remains in their possession. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES, you will be frightfully disappointed in their response to questions and their absolute lack of care with regards to "their clients"
