Like many others here, I was lured by a fake Craigslist job posting. When I called to cancel my service, the woman was nice but tried to sell me the service for cheaper and it took nearly 20 minutes of me saying "no, thank you" for her finally to cancel my account.
They are NOT using legitimate business practices for their advertisement, they are scamming people who are desperate for a job. This is not how a legitimate business brings in new customers.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the FTC. I urge anyone who has been scammed by this "business" to do the same.
