Michelle was great. She was very well prepared, timely and made the process so easy. Whenever I had a question, she would respond within the hour. When we went to the final hearing, she made sure that everything I needed was complete and ready to go. She knows that if she is not prepared, this affects the customer as well as everyone else involved. I would definitely recommend her and her services should anyone fall into the situation I did.
