This is a warning to any company that is thinking about doing business with Lobby Traffic Systems, Inc. "DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH LOBBY TRAFFIC SYSTEMS, INC". THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK INTEGRITY AND CONSTANTLY DELAY THE PROJECT". Their fencing install does not meet UL 325 and ASTM Standards. We have been waiting months for already paid Security Window Stickers and Project Permits. They used a vehicle gate operator to control a pedestrian gate, we have to pay for the whole area to be re-designed. Refuses to come in for a Final Project Job Walk. I would rate company "0" stars. Special Note: Lobby installed a "Trial" operator and did not get our required approval before installation. We were not told until there was problems and the mfg. told me. Jeff/President lied to the operator mfg.
