My review is based on the incident of occurrences (perceptional experience based on facts)against Me and Family.
Good Morning, I am e-mailing the following concern for you for guidance and assistance to the subject matter. What Happened: I was refused to return my disposit back when I turned in my intent to vacant notice form to

This notice was part of a move packet for the Housing Choice Program Section 8. He is trying real hard to convince me that I did not. He did not want to consider this form as a thirty day notice, reason unknown. He also included (made) a bogus list of things I did not do. I made a copy of what I turned in in-reference to moving from the property which I could not afford anymore in person. In return he stated that they were no longer working with housing after they had leased me the property (house) two years. I did attempt to seek another affordable location (house) but they kept stating not that house. I got the percepton that they did not want me to lease a house but a apartment. Why such perception because every home (house) I selected they would verbalize doubt on being able to lease even a small house on the campus of the university knowing that my children will be starting college because they are not working with housing.
Why: I perceive that this action are against low economic single father family that have children (custody). Secondly, a form of retaliation due to complainting against them in 2009 with the Las Cruces Housing Authority when doing an inspection, lowering the temperature in ice box, and leaving the AC on for no apparent reason.
