I bought a comforter set and washed and dried it as instructed. It burned in the dryer. The hear melted the stuffing inside the comforter. I called customer service and they asked for pictures which I sent them via email. They responded by asking if I wanted a replacement. I declined as I like to wash my linens on a regular basis. I asked for a refund. They didnt respond to my email at that time. I sent several over the course of three months. I called the 1800 number and the number was always busy. After three months, I sent one final email and they responded by saying that it was too late now for a refund. Stating that I should have responded sooner. I responded by saying that I did and have dated emails to prove this. Still waiting for a response. Radio silence on their part.
