We ordered an eternity ring from KOJ. We sent the initial ring back because our appraisal didn't match with theirs, but KOJ proved to have excellent customer service, because they replaced the ring very quickly and proved very pleasant to deal with. The ring we now have is exactly what we wanted, and we could not have bought it for the same price anywhere else.
