I contacted Kastle Plumbing owing to an "odd" presence of water on carpet. Scott came out as scheduled and confirmed prior to arrival by phone that he would be on time.
Once at the house he quickly did a system test that indicated no major leak. Scott then competently went on a step by step analysis of potential sources until the source was identified and resolved.
I will happily call Scott again next time I have a need for plumbing services.
