Do not purchase from this company. They sold us the Kirby Vacuum, which is a great product. However, the customer service failed and they gave us a bunch of false advertisement. They promised us a lifetime warrantee on the product and services, but in fact it is a 3 year service warrantee with a lifetime on the parts only. They overprice the product so that they can negotiate down, but we still end up paying more than the average cost. They tell us we have to decide NOW and there would be no way to get a hold of them if we decide to buy later - don't get trapped! There were missing parts to the package, which they said they would send to us within 1 week, but that was 2 months ago. They won't return calls and now the company phone number has been disconnected.
