Thank goodness I'm not the only one who had a concern. My grandma was in need of a caregiver, so I found this company through the phone book. I contacted this company to request information about pricing. The lady who answered the phone was so Rude ( Maryann ). I felt like I was bothering her by calling. I decided to look this company up and found they had a complaint from a client. It seems this a not a friendly company to deal with. I hung up and found another company in Ventura to give our business to. Shame on them. Why do they have an A rating ?
