Beware when trading in a vehicle at this dealership. I had a terrible experience with this dealership; they took about two months to payoff my trade-in and gave me the run around when I tried to solve the issue numerous times. Customer service is great until a problem arises. Since they did not payoff my vehicle in a timely manner, I defaulted on a payment and my bank froze my accounts. I ended up coming to the dealership numerous times and leaving without the problem being resolved because they convinced me it would be taken care of. Finally, after continuously babysitting them the issue was resolved. They offer great services, but just be careful and make sure they payoff your trade-in. GOOD LUCK!
