Overcharged and NO WARRANTY

My tenant called this company for an emergency and Ted contacted us in order to pay the bill. He was too rude and unprofessional because we were asking for the invoice. He charged double or more for his job. After 15 days, we called him with the same problem
and surprise!! NO WARRANTY. The website does not allow you to change the stars to a low rating. We do not recommend this company at all.
