Global Care Solutions, LLC bleached out my green sofa slipcover, admitted fault, and have not taken any steps to replace it. They do not return phone calls and emails. They are masters in stall tactics and they lie. I have a phone and email log that I have kept that is 4 pages long. I call them and email them everyday to get a resolution to my claim. They claim that because the store where I purchased my sofa (Oskar Huber) went out of business that I have no way to replace the slipcover. It wasn't until I filed a report with the PA State Consumer Protection Agency that they agreed to purchase a new slipcover for me through one of the other stores they deal with. It has been weeks since they have agreed to do so, and still I have no slipcover. I also do not receive return calls from David Johnson, the Senior Customer Service Supervisor. I will not stop until they make this situation right...but let this serve as a warning for any future consumers. GLOBAL CARE SOLUTIONS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. BE WARNED!!!
