I agree with the others. Global Care Solutions (aka Stainsafe) is a totally bad company. We tried to file a claim for a rip in our sofa. I sat down with keys poking out of my pants and it ripped a small hole. I told my wife that there was a hole in the couch and to call it in since the warranty was in her name. She just told them that there was a hole in the couch. They denied the claim because she did not know how it happened. I called back to give that information and they still denied it because it was not given during the initial claim. They deny on "technicalities" and do not care about the customer, only that you buy their products and then deny, deny, deny.
