Worst people to deal with!!!

Please read all the review for Gantz Investment Properties before doing any business with them! They are no one you can trust. They will ripe you off however way they can! They do not care for you other than taking you dollars. Make sure everything is in writing with them...they have a way to get away from that with non english speaking Managers. They have been called on by Department of Public health and they had to exterminate the building...it is filty and infested. This is the worst place to live! If you want stress move, if you want increase rent for water leaks that management does not want to address, if you want parking problems and $100 for oil leaks in your spot that everyone parks in, if you want your car broken into, if you want managers that doesnt speak english, and if you want a manager that goes into your home every next week leaving a notice the night before, then you should rent the Roscoe, Winnetka apartments. This apartment has roaches that Health Department already addressed. They are crooks, please read the other reviews about this company before renting and signing a lease with them! They will not give your deposit back, they will damage the area and charge you so they can have a new appliance for the next renter. they charged me for new carpets when i moved out and my neighbor lived for 18 years and never once did they change their carpets. Stress all year long living here. David Gantz and Sandy Gantz are both evil people who dont listen to your problems other than trying to charge you. They also run the Reseda apartment and Riverside apartments. You have been warned! You should ask the tenants before signing anything with them!!!!
