Foster Projects, Inc. (CSLB 723030) a.k.a. David Foster (CSLB 926302 - which is in the process of being REVOKED!) was hired to REMODEL our home and purposfully tore the whole house down leaving us with a hole in the ground for 1 year. We no longer wanted to work with him (naturally!) so he took us to Arbitration (via the BBB per his 30+ page contract (a 'normal contractors contract should be 5 pages!!)) and we won a judgment against him! Now he refuses to pay, filed bankruptcy, and 2 days before he had to pay the judgment ceased doing business as "Foster Projects, Inc." (CSLB 723030) and opened a new business "David Foster" (CSLB 926302), and moved to Mexico. DO NOT USE THIS "MAN" FOR ANY PROJECT. Do your research, he's a snake. To top it off, he claimed he had Liabiity Insurance at contract signing (8/07) and presented us with his policy valid 2/07 - 2/08 - but once we contacted his Insurance Company to file a claim we were advised his policy was canceled 7/07 (ONE MONTH BEFORE CONTRACT SIGNING!!!) for lack of payment of premium!!!
