Our company was in need of expanding our phone system. Being a small business, we were not wanting to spend thousands of dollars but still wanted all the "bells and whistles" of added features such as voicemail to email, fax to email, and so forth. Thomas, the representative who assisted us, was very professional, helpful, and patient with us. We contacted dozens of companies, and not only did Fonality offer us the best deal cost wise, but Thomas gave us the best service and left us feeling with a sense of security that we would be making the best decision for our company.
