Paid for Locks and have never received them

This has to be the worst business I have ever dealt with. They took my money up front for 3 locks. I was sent an email on 10/28/2011 saying my locks had shipped (no tracking number). Since then I have not been able to speak to or even get an email response. There is only 1 phone number to call and it always goes to voicemail---no responses. I just want my money back from these crooks and chalk it up to a bad day. I would never recommend FS Locks to anyone even if they said they were giving the locks away.
