I worked with Darren Irving of Fitness Evolution for 6 months. Darren is very professional and is a great motivator.
During that 6 months I was in the best physical shape that I had been in for several years. If you are interested in getting in shape, I would highly recommend Mr. Irving.
I looked at several other options and trainers before choosing Evolution Fitness. My initial decision was based on price and it turned out to be a wise one. Not only are Mr. Irving's rates reasonable it is an excellent program as well.
