I purchased a shark navigator lift away vacuum on 12/20/10. I recieved the vacuum on 12/27/11 since the purchase the motorized floor brush broke I called and placed an order for a replacement on 2/3/11 I was told the part was on back order and would be shipped to me on 2/14/11 I never received the floor brush I called the company back and was again told the part was on back order and would be shipped to me on 3/4/11 I still have NOT recieved the floor brush.
I spoke with customer service just this morning and again was told it was on back order when I told the person this is what I was told back on 2/3/11 and 2/14/11 he informed me Im just telling you what information I have. When I stated that this has been going on for over a month and that I wanted the part now the person told me if I continued to be rude with him he would disconnect my call as to which I replied thats fine just send the part and I will contact the BBB.
I have seen the reviews on this company are NOT good whatsoever so I am not surprised by the lack of consideration on the part of customer service.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT BY EURO PRO EVER AGAIN!!!!
