Everything started off great. The initial consult was fantastic, they service was speedy but that is where things began to go wrong. I noticed one of the gutters was pitched the wrong way when I got home and then when I looked closer I realized they did not clean up the mess that they made. There was a big pile of dirt at my front door, pieces of gutter and metal all over my garden and a garden ornament knocked over and not fixed. I called about this and they said they would send someone out to look at the gutter, when they supposedly came back I was at work. When I got home, the gutter was still pitched the wrong way. The person I spoke too implied that my husband and I were stupid and couldn't read a level. He said after much convincing that he would return, I asked that I be present this time. When he came back he realized he was wrong and I was right, he thought I was speaking of another gutter, he simply pushed it up with his finger tips, um, wont gravity and water pressure just push it down, YES!!! Then today a month after my last communication a 10 foot piece of gutter was pulled out of our drainage canal by my husband, ridiculous!!!!!
